Privacy, Security & Data Use

Everything here runs over HTTPS with hardened sessions. We store the minimum data needed to authenticate you, operate Roblox/Discord integrations, and secure the service.

Data we process (not all fields are required):

• Account data: username, email (optional), Roblox username/ID, linked Discord identity, owned servers, role.
• Session/auth data: secure cookies (httpOnly, sameSite, limited lifetime), linkage state for Discord/Roblox, consent timestamp.
• Operational logs: request path, method, timestamp, IP (for abuse prevention), auth success/failure, limited query keys.
• Verification/moderation data: Roblox verification codes/status, appeals you submit, role/department assignments.
• Sales/ID verification (when used): tokenized IDs via Stripe; we do not store full payment credentials.

How we use it:

• Operate guild tools, verification flows, role/rank automation, and dashboards.
• Security: detect fraud/abuse, enforce suspensions, and audit sensitive changes.
• Support: respond to appeals/requests and troubleshoot issues you report.

Data sharing: only to connected Discord/Roblox APIs and payment/ID providers you engage with; no resale. Admins may review logs for security.

Retention: data is stored on Rozenvic infrastructure with access limited to admins/owners. Logs are trimmed (recent 5k) and linked accounts persist until an admin removes them at your request.

Your choices: contact an admin to request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion where feasible. Linked Discord/Roblox removals are admin-only to prevent unauthorized unlinking.

Consent: continuing to use the site/bots (browsing, logging in, registering) confirms you accept this policy and the Terms.
